The next herb, that we are going to discuss is cinnamon basil.  It grows just like the the
sweet basil, but has a cinnamon taste and smell.  It goes well in stir fries, and is popular
in teas.  I use this herb mostly for the beauty of the plant, in a flower arrangement.  It has
purple leaves, and flowers, and it will make your house smell wonderful.  I also dry it
and put it in mussie-tussies, and hang them on the door knobs in the house.  You go by
and give them a little shake, and you get this wonderful cinnamon smell in the room.  Thats
